Carma candles consist of independent, fan-inspired creations. The names, scents, and themes are intended as artistic tributes to the worlds we love and do not imply any official partnership with the intellectual property holders. 

  • Non-Affiliation: This shop is not officially licensed by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any specific author, publisher, or book franchise.

  • Ownership: All rights to original characters, settings, and trademarks belong to their respective intellectual property holders.

  • Transformative Work: Our scents and labels are original artistic interpretations and do not claim to be official merchandise.

Safety Warning

To prevent fire and serious injury: Burn candles within sight. Keep away from drafts and vibrations. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire.

Terms & Conditions

Shipping & Risk of Loss

We take great care in packaging your treasures, but once they leave our hands, the journey is in the carrier's hands.

  • Damaged Items: If your candle arrives broken, please contact us at contact@carmacandles.com within 48 hours of delivery, and include photos of the damaged candle and the shipping box.

  • Warm Weather Warning: Candles are made of wax and can melt if left in high heat (like a hot mailbox or porch). We are not responsible for candles that melt during transit or after delivery. Please track your package to ensure it is brought inside promptly.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Returns, Exchanges, and Scent Subjectivity

Because scent is a deeply personal and subjective experience, we cannot offer returns based on a dislike of a specific fragrance.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return/exchange (for reasons other than damage), the candle must be unlit, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Final Sale: Custom orders, "Mystery Boxes," and "Last Chance" sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Candle Safety & Liability

By purchasing our products, you agree to follow all safety instructions to prevent fire or injury.

  • Safety Instructions: Always burn candles within sight. Keep away from drafts, pets, and children. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before every lighting. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

  • Limitation of Liability: [Your Business Name] is not liable for any property damage, personal injury, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of our products, including failure to follow safety instructions or improper candle placement.

Product Variations

Our candles are handcrafted in small batches.

  • Handmade Nature: Because they are handmade, slight variations in color, texture (such as "frosting" in soy wax), or scent strength may occur. These are not defects but a hallmark of an artisanal product.
