We take great care in packaging your treasures, but once they leave our hands, the journey is in the carrier's hands.
Damaged Items: If your candle arrives broken, please contact us at contact@carmacandles.com within 48 hours of delivery, and include photos of the damaged candle and the shipping box.
Warm Weather Warning: Candles are made of wax and can melt if left in high heat (like a hot mailbox or porch). We are not responsible for candles that melt during transit or after delivery. Please track your package to ensure it is brought inside promptly.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Returns, Exchanges, and Scent Subjectivity
Because scent is a deeply personal and subjective experience, we cannot offer returns based on a dislike of a specific fragrance.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return/exchange (for reasons other than damage), the candle must be unlit, unused, and in its original packaging.
Final Sale: Custom orders, "Mystery Boxes," and "Last Chance" sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
